Before Jeff entered the auction business, he spent eight years in the banking industry. After working three years with a southeastern regional auction firm, he started what is today DUNCAN & CO. offering auctioneer services statewide and traditional real estate brokerage services in the local market.

Jeff is a graduate of Clemson University and South Carolina Bankers School. He also holds the CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute) designation, as well as the Accredited Auctioneer, Real Estate (AARE) designation, held by only a small number of auctioneers throughout the United States and Canada.

Jeff's responsibilities include business development, company management, and client services. His experience includes auctions for the US Small Business Administration, local, regional and national financial institutions, state and federal courts, attorneys, estates, and individual property owners.

Jeff currently serves in the South Carolina House of Representatives. As a State Representative, Jeff is the Chairman of the Agriculture, Natural Resources & Environmental Affairs Committee, one of the six standing committees in the South Carolina House of Representatives. Previously, Jeff served as chief Majority Whip, Vice Chairman of the Freshman Caucus and Chairman of the Legislative Sportsmans Caucus.

Rickey joined Duncan & Company in November 2004 after 15 years of sales, marketing and buying experience in the Retail, Technology Staffing, Advertising and Tobacco industries. His primary responsibilities are account management, new business development and sales.

Rickey is a South Carolina licensed Real Estate Agent. He has a B.S. in Political Science from Presbyterian College.

Robert Gambrell is responsible for coordinating all elements of the auction event. From the necessary due diligence, working with local, county and state agencies, sale preparation, and event coordination, Robert makes sure that the properties are shown in their best light and ready for auction.
Robert works in the Clinton SC office. He is a licensed South Carolina Real Estate Agent.

Eddie Case brings over 30 years of real estate experience to the Duncan & Company team, having previously owned/operated a national franchise real estate brokerage in Upstate South Carolina.

Eddie has a tremendous background in all types of auctions: antiques, municipal equipment, fundraising and farm equipment auctions as well as real estate auctions of all sorts.

Carroll worked in the textile industry as an accountant and systems analyst for over 30 years. In 2001 he began selling real estate in upstate SC. A 1968 graduate of Clemson University, Carroll also has a MBA from Georgia State.

Leisure time is spent traveling, playing golf, and watching the tigers play.

Joe married a local girl and has lived in Clinton for 25 years. He and his wife, Lou, have four children and eight grandchildren. He is a college graduate, retired military, and former civil servant with the Social Security Administration.

He has been a Real Estate Broker for the past 30 years. His hobbies are golf and swimming. Joe loves to show properties in Clinton and surrounding areas.

Joe graduated from Erskine College in 1969. He married wife, Jane, in 1970. Their two sons are the ninth generation of the family from the Due West area of Abbeville County. Son, Steven, is a partner with Akers & Ellis Real Estate in Charleston and youngest son, Sloan, is with Nexsen Pruet Law Firm in Greenville.

Joe joined the US Army in 1969, was honorably discharged in '71 and went to work with Milliken. He left Milliken in '79 to take over his family business which he closed in 2009, its 100th anniversary. Joe and Jane then moved to Clinton where she teaches at Presbyterian College. Joe recently associated with Duncan & Company Real Estate.

He enjoys cooking, outdoor sports and other fresh air activities.

After graduating from Presbyterian College with a degree in business and accounting Wayne began selling insurance in 1977. In 1981 he started working in real estate and he obtained his appraisal license in 1988. At the present time he has a certified general appraiser license as well as his real estate broker license.

Wayne has been married to his wife, Carol, for 41 years, has two children and two grandchildren.

He proudly served in the United States Air Force. .

Ken has been a licensed realtor since September of 2006 when he joined Duncan & Company. He is a graduate of USC Upstate and Greenville Tech. Ken spent his first career with the General Electric Company retiring after 25 years of service.

He is married to Linda Kent Sparks who has been associated with the local Y.M.C.A. in Clinton, South Carolina for many years. Except for a four year enlistment in the U.S.A.F., Ken has been a lifetime resident of Laurens and Newberry County.

Barbara graduated from Winthrop College and the University of South Carolina. She is a retired Clinton High School English teacher. A licensed broker for 20 years, she joined Duncan & Co. in 2006.

Children include an engineer son in California and a pharmacist daughter in Georgia. She enjoys spending time with her 3 grandchildren, reading and walking.
